We have a true store front, not operating out of a living room. Smoky Mountain Woodcarvers Supply is located in Townsend, TN at Nawger Nob. We are about 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, about 1 hour from Gatlinburg, and just down the road from Cades Cove on Highway 321.  So, when you plan your vacation in the Smokies, plan to come to Nawger Nob and purchase your carving tools, take a carving class or j ust stop in.

We offer a full line of woodcarving supplies including wood, blanks, and classes (Smoky Mountain School of Woodcarving) . Any member of our staff will be glad to assist you with a carving question or help you select
the right tool for the project you are doing.  We ship basswood and other woods cut to your specifications. We have pre-cut blanks or will cut you out a blank form your design at a nominal charge.  BEGINNER KITS are available. Stick carver? We have canes and staffs. We hope you like what you find here at our website as well as when you shop with us. We are carvers and know what carvers need and, hopefully, want. We are small and will, most likely, stay that way. We try very hard to treat everyone the same and be honest and fair in our dealings. We have tried to keep this site simple and clean. If you are like us, you want to get back to carving as soon as possible. We are always open to suggestions and welcome your comments. When you vacation or just visiting in the Smokies, stop and say: "Howdy". Bring your carving tools, your carvings and plan to sit a spell with us.
