SHIPPING INFORMATION We ship via: Post Office Priority or UPS Ground.  We attempt to select the best method to ensure that your shipment arrives at your home or office in a timely manor.   See the UPS shipping map at the bottom of this page for approximate shipping time to your state. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY IF YOU CHOOSE TO CHANGE OPTIONS, SUCH AS OVERNIGHT OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL HANDLING.   Additional charges  for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.   Our shipping charges are based on amount of order. We realize that some items will cost less to ship than others because UPS and the Post Office charge by weight and distance but they do have a minimum charge. We do give you a break when you order over $150.00. No matter how much you order we still have to pay to wrap the item, boxes, tape, labels, time to go to Post Office, etc.  Wood and certain other items may require additional shipping charges and the chart below cannot be used to calculate those items. WE TRY TO SHIP THE SAME DAY AS WE RECEIVE THE ORDER. This includes sticks, cypress knees, pine knots, bark board and basswood rounds and other items. **FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT apply to wood orders, dust collectors, cypress knees, and other selected items and sticks.   The ground service map for UPS ground shipments only shown here gives an estimate of shipping time from our store in Townsend, TN to your home or business. Remember is is an ESTIMATE only. Weather conditions and other factors could delay your shipment.
